My Approach

Over the last years, I have offered my gifts in various forms to people from all around the world, across India, Thailand, Indonesia, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, and Polynesia. This journey revealed to me that there is no single path and that the beauty lies in diversity. Countless ways and colors lead us back to the truth within ourselves, and each path ultimately leads inward, to the heart.

Whether it's yoga, breath, travel, plant medicine, dance, walking in the forest, freediving, painting, singing, or countless other practices, what matters is the intention behind it: Is it for performance or for connection? Is it for the heart or for the ego? Is it for truth or to maintain a comfortable and familiar illusion? It is always about intention. From there, countless wonderful tools arise, each helping us find connection to our true selves in its own unique way.

I'm walking my path, discovering, learning, and unlearning, connecting and getting inspired by my body, the nature and beings around me, and all wonders of life, with deep devotion to my truth, the Divine Feminine, love, Earth, and health. I'm supporting sensitive souls in finding their inner strength, as my journey has helped me discover mine. It's the greatest sensation to walk through the world anchored in who I truly am, and I wish to help as many as possible return to their inner temple, inner knowing, inner trust, and self-love, and to bloom in ways they never dreamed of before.

To let life bless and initiate you into becoming the strongest, humblest, and most joyful version of yourself. A state where you no longer feel disconnected from your essence, heart, and body, and therefore from everything around you, from life itself. It's the greatest feeling to be connected to all, and, as the word 'oneness' suggests, it starts by connecting with oneself. To be in alignment with who you came here to be. What a magical state of being that is. On which, even when everything looks black, you trust and know so deeply this is where you have to be, that everything must align perfectly. That no other opinion can shake you, only makes you grow and ask more questions.

Body as Temple and Portal

My body is my Temple, Home for my Consciousness in this life, and I see both as Sacred.

From this understanding, I became very intentional and careful with what I allow into my temples, energy, food, information, conversations, and environments.

My body and my consciousness are deeply interconnected, and caring for both is part of how I stay grounded, clear, and available for life, for myself, and for others.

As someone who channels energy and offers healing through my body, I hold a deep sense of responsibility and devotion to keeping my vessel as clear and pure as possible. To meet life from presence, to create the most supportive, nourishing experience of life within myself, as aligned and connected to Source as possible, without unnecessary distortions, external projections, or fear-based influences that can enter and take space in my system.

This devotion is rooted in years of deep inner work, meditation, and self-observation, through which I consciously rewired (and still do) my subconscious mind, releasing inherited fears and limiting beliefs shaped by societal conditioning, ancestral patterns & trauma.

It allows me to remain a clear channel for energy and healing in the most authentic way I can. I see my body as a sacred gift through which energy can flow into this world, and I feel both passion and reverence as I care for her.

My Body is The Earth.

The way we treat our bodies reflects the way we treat Earth, our great mother, who gave us these bodies and this life. Therefore, the way we treat our Earth also reflects the way we relate to all women - consuming or honoring, polluting or caring, taking or giving, asking for permission, expressing gratitude, listening, adoring, learning from, respecting.

My Body is my Portal.

I have learned from my own body, as well as working with the bodies of others, that our bodies hold memories and remember everything we've been through. That's why, when we practice movement, breath, deep tissue massage, reiki, and yoga with awareness and presence rather than focusing on the performative aspect, but on the sensations and feelings the practice reveals and brings to us, everything helps the body release the stored memory energy we've kept unconscious. We remember the great things and the difficult things; everything is stored in our body, in our fascia. This is one of the reasons our bodies are our greatest portals for expanding and coming closer to who we truly are. Our bodies hold the raw, unfiltered truth, the deep pain, the natural joy; unlike our egos and minds, they will not lie. And they are the key to releasing traumas, healing our inner child, ancestral patterns, and soul wounds. As well as connect to our desire, joy, and mission through pleasure, touch, and love, infinite possibilities to explore and discover our living within your body.

Through the medicines I practice and offer, we tap into the natural intelligence and the memories our bodies hold, and remember how to reconnect with it, as she is always available to us; we just forgot how.

Divine Feminine & Alchemy

I walk the path of the Divine Feminine and Alchemy, through the elements, transforming pain into service, fear into inner power, darkness into light, trauma into healing, rage into vision, and loneliness into self-love and deeper connection.

Through my own kundalini/shakti awakening, I have learned to surrender to the Divine Feminine and embody her endless gifts:

Receptivity, Vulnerability, Connection, Truth, Beauty, Feeling deeply, Creativity, Listening, Dancing, Softness, Playfulness, Magic, Healing, Flow, Fluidity, Fierceness, Depth, Inner Strength and knowing, Intuition, Embracing the Darkness, Facing shadows and fears, Moon Energy, Sensuality, Strong Boundaries, Compassion, Flow, Devotion, Surrender, Freedom, Knowing her worth and value, Openness in Trust, Wisdom.

At the same time, I honor the Divine Masculine:

Taking inspired action, creating structure through sacred practices, Clarity and focus, Discipline, Protection, Direction, and decisiveness.

Together, these energies allow me to hold space for transformation & alchemy, and guide others into deeper connection with themselves through awakenings and healing.

I am here as a bridge, supporting you in becoming the most connected, grounded, and vibrant woman within you. The one who no longer seeks external validation, because she is rooted in her own richness and vitality. My purpose is to help you reclaim your power, meet the centered, flowing, and beautiful woman within, and live from this place of deep connection.

One early morning, when I was meditating by the river, completely alone on the rocks, and the sun hadn’t fully risen yet. It was a special moment between dark and light; as above, so below; as without, so within. I was facing a lot of darkness and pain inside of me, mirroring the cold, dark moments just before dawn.

Suddenly, I noticed the posture of my palms. My right palm, masculine, was holding my left palm, feminine. I was charmed by the realization that my inner masculine was holding my inner feminine in that moment. I was so touched to witness that. I felt held, by myself, by the earth underneath me, the birds, plants and water around me, and the sky above me.

Throughout my journey, I have felt (and still do) the presence and guidance of powerful feminine goddesses from diverse spiritual traditions. Each one embodies unique qualities that inspire and support my path.

Durga and Kali are both expressions of the Divine Feminine (Shakti) in Hindu Tradition, representing different aspects of this energy.

* Durga is the supreme warrior goddess, symbolizing protection, righteousness, motherhood, and the power to restore balance. She is often described as serene, even in the midst of battle. In the myth, she is called upon when the world is threatened by chaos and manifests from the combined energies of the gods to defeat the demon Mahishasura. Durga represents a balanced strength, fierce yet deeply compassionate and nurturing. She is the steady, protective presence that restores harmony.

* Kali is the goddess of time, transformation, endings, and radical liberation. She embodies the raw, untamed force of destruction that clears illusion and allows renewal. Kali emerges from Durga’s energy during battle when fierce transformation is required. She destroys ignorance and ego, cuts through attachment, and frees beings from illusion. Kali is the aspect of the feminine that faces the shadow directly, intensely, uncompromisingly, and deeply purifying.

Sekhmet (Egyptian tradition) is the lion-headed goddess known as the Eye of Ra. She carries the power of both destruction and healing. In the myth, she is sent as an expression of divine force to restore balance, and her immense power eventually becomes a source of protection and restoration. Sekhmet embodies fierce courage, empowerment, and the alchemy of transforming intensity and anger into healing strength.

Inanna (Sumerian tradition) is the goddess of love, fertility, war, and sovereignty. Her best-known story is the Descent into the Underworld, which recounts her journey through death, surrender, and rebirth. As she descends, she sheds all attachments and identities, ultimately returning renewed and empowered. Inanna’s story speaks to the courage to enter darkness, meet what is hidden, and rise transformed with greater wholeness.

Kuan Yin (Chinese Buddhist tradition) is the bodhisattva of compassion, known as the one who hears the world's cries. She embodies mercy, unconditional love, and deep listening. Kuan Yin inspires the opening of the heart, forgiveness, and the ability to remain present with suffering, both our own and others', with tenderness and grace.

Yemanjá (Yoruba and Afro-diasporic traditions) is the great mother of the sea. She is associated with the ocean, motherhood, fertility, and nurturing. Yemanjá is honored as a protector and source of unconditional love, as well as the cleansing, ever-moving power of water. She teaches surrender, trust, and the ability to flow with life’s natural rhythms.

Oshun (Yoruba and Afro-diasporic traditions) is the goddess of fresh waters, rivers, love, beauty, sensuality, and prosperity. She is known for her sweetness, joy, and magnetic presence, as well as her ability to heal emotional wounds and restore connection to pleasure and self-worth. Oshun teaches the importance of joy, softness, and living from the heart.

Oxumaré (Yoruba and Afro-diasporic traditions) is the orixá of the rainbow, cycles, movement, transformation, and abundance. Often described as both serpent and rainbow, Oxumaré bridges heaven and earth and embodies the constant flow of change. represent renewal, continuity, and the beauty of embracing all aspects of existence, both masculine and feminine, within the eternal cycle of life.

A funny story about Oxumaré: I felt this unique orixá during my Ayahuasca ceremonies, and long after, while dancing and connecting with myself and the higher realms. I loved this rainbow serpent so much. I felt it flowing through my body, blessing me and opening my consciousness, mind, heart, and third eye, so I decided to tattoo it on my arm while I was in Argentina.

When I came back to Brazil, people commented on my Oxumaré tattoo. At first, I didn’t understand, and then they told me about Oxumaré. It was so magical to discover this orixá's name only afterward. Later on, I also encountered the beautiful rainbow serpent in the Aboriginal Dreamtime stories in Australia.

These beautiful goddesses and archetypes walk with me, offering wisdom, strength, and support as I continue my journey and guide others on their own paths of healing and awakening.
